A professional with 7 years of experience in Aviation Operations. I began my career as a Customer Service Executive and later expanded my role to include responsibilities in the Quality Department, where I managed CRM data and coordinated various training programs at the airport. My experience includes organizing training sessions for MIHY, Housekeeping, Trolley Handlers, GTB, Pranaam, Private Security Assistants, and CISF personnel in collaboration with Centum Learning under Adani’s management.

I successfully coordinated the CBRN training, also facilitated by Adani, and received recognition for my efforts from the Joint Secretary and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ASDMA. Additionally, I served as a Trainer at Wizcaths, where I provided training to 100 taxi drivers, as well as 50 students from BTR, focusing on soft skills and customer service. I have also trained students aspiring to become Airline Customer Service Executives.
