**Shift Team Lead - Anaheim, CA - $40 to $45/hr**
**2nd Shift (2PM to 10PM)**

**Position Overview:**
The Shift Team Lead plays a vital role in maintaining performance across established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards. This position emphasizes the engagement of Production employees to adhere to best practices. The Lead will supervise both production employees and production lines, driving a continuous improvement process aimed at optimizing safety, quality, and productivity within the established manufacturing system.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
+ Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
+ 5 years of relevant experience.
+ Preferred: BS in Engineering.
+ Experience with Lean Manufacturing and managing a union workforce.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Proficient organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
+ Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and the value chain.
+ Ability to comprehend key operational metrics and communicate them across organizations to achieve alignment and focus.
+ Familiarity with quality systems, including ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
+ Proficiency in materials management and inventory control procedures.
+ Competence in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite Programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
