• Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment  Maintenance Technician to join our experienced team inFitchburg, WI.

  Schedule:Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day hours.On call rotation is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (1 1/2-hour minimum pay per call). 
  Full Time - Year-Round position. Consistent stable work with overtime potential available!

  What you need:

  • Ability to read and quickly respond to work order and service requests
  • Dependable and strong work ethic.
  • Good safety habits
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  •  Valid driver's license required

   

  What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:

  • Respond to service requests as needed
  • Prepare apartments for turnover (may include painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing, lock changes, etc.)
  • IF YOU ARE WILLING TO LEARN, WE ARE WILLING TO TEACH YOU!!
  • Manage curb appeal by inspecting and cleaning grounds and buildings.
  • Assist with snow removal as needed.
  • Complete on-call emergency maintenance.
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance
