**Overview** **Job Summary:** The **Rover Cleaner** is a flexible and mobile cleaning professional responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across multiple areas of the property. This role includes responding to janitorial job orders submitted by the client, ensuring all requests are completed efficiently and to a high standard. **Pay: $17.60 an hour** The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. + Complete janitorial job orders as requested by the client, ensuring timely and thorough service. + Respond to cleaning needs across various parts of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms. + Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. + Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. + Follow all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols. + Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed. + Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies. + Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests, staff, or clients. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Flexibility to move between different areas and adapt to changing priorities. + Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
