Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Producer, your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the commercial sector.
* Evaluating clients' insurance needs and designing customized coverage plans.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
* Negotiating coverage terms and premiums with insurance carriers.
* Collaborating with underwriters to analyze and assess risk factors.
* Staying updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

* Prior experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a client base.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing client needs.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
* Insurance licensing and certifications are a plus.
