Your Role & Responsibilities:

Commercial Kitchen Setup:

1. Team up with experienced installers to set up commercial kitchen appliances and equipment.
2. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurements.

Hands-On Installation:

1. Use fractions and precise measurements to accurately place ovens, walk-ins, and other kitchen fixtures.
2. Assist in dismantling, relocating, and reinstalling kitchen units.

Collaborative Teamwork:

1. Work closely with senior installers, contractors, and other trades.
2. Participate in training sessions on industry-leading practices and safety standards.

Safety & Documentation:

1. Follow strict safety measures on every job site.
2. Keep detailed records of installations, materials used, and services needed.

Travel & Adventure:

1. Frequent travel across the country—perfect for those who enjoy seeing new places and taking on fresh challenges!

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Physical Capability:
  • Lift up to 70 lbs (with or without assistance) and push 100 lbs across the floor.
  • Comfortable standing, squatting, and working on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Mechanical Aptitude:
  • Demonstrate a knack for technical and mechanical tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools (bring your own!).
• Adaptability:
  • Ready to work variable hours, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Comfortable in high-stress environments and extreme weather.
• Construction Know-How:
  • Prior experience (2+ years) in construction or carpentry preferred, but not required—we’ll train motivated learners.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
• License & Certification:
  • Clean driving record; must be insurable under company liability policy.
  • Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card (Arizona).
• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Team Spirit:
  • Strong basic English communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and genuine commitment to teamwork.
