What You'll Do:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Product Knowledge Expert: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Process Orders & Fulfill Requests: Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to Sales Growth: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, contributing to sales targets.
Maintain Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive brand experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in an e-commerce environment.
One year of experience in a phone support role.
Minimum three months of sales experience.
Active Property & Casualty insurance producer/agent license.
