Cyber Security Analyst

**Hybrid | Westlake, TX **

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Cyber Security Analyst to work on a 12-month + contract position working in Westlake, TX. This position is hybrid onsite two weeks a month and candidates must be local to the metro Dallas area.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $55 w-2

• Provide assurance over cybersecurity and customer protection controls using established database of responses and internal expertise.

• Respond to security-related inquiries from clients and prospective clients, including RFPs and questionnaires.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and document security concerns.

• Support business development efforts by supplying timely and accurate cybersecurity information.

• Participate in panel and manager interviews as part of the hiring process.

• 3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, and/or technology risk.

• Understanding of access control, network and web application security, insider threat, and related areas.

• Professional security certification (Security+, CISSP, CISA) preferred.

• Strong professional communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a technology-related field preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
