Project Healthy Minds is seeking a meticulous and driven Mid-Senior Level Designer to join our creative team.\n\rIn this full-time, in-office role, you will report directly to the Head of Creative, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members across branding, marketing, development, product, web, partnerships, events, and social platforms.\n\rYou will lead and execute a variety of creative projects, ensure production-ready design files, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.\n\rResponsibilities include being a creative leader, collaborating in-office, conducting research and inspiration gathering, concepting based on briefs, executing on-brand designs across digital, print, social, merchandise, and experiential touchpoints, preparing detailed design files, upholding brand standards, creating templates (Canva, Google Slides), self-managing projects from start to finish, and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience as a Designer. \n\rPassion for mental health and social impact.\n\rTeam player with open-minded, ego-free collaboration and strong communication skills.\n\rExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and G-suite; web design and animation are major pluses.\n\rAbility to think innovatively, adapt to varied mediums (digital, web, print, experiential, social), and keep up with emerging trends.\n\rMeticulous attention to detail and pride in the craft.\n\rEagerness to learn new programs, explore, experiment, and self-lead.\n\rHighly adaptable, organized, and able to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and urgency.\n\rPositive, compassionate, and personable.\n\rFully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 as a condition of employment (reasonable accommodations considered).\n\rMust complete a creative assignment as part of the interview process.
