What You’ll Do:
The Digital Marketing Director leads the development and execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy, overseeing multiple channels, website management, SEO, and analytics to drive business growth. Working closely with corporate leadership and regional teams, the Digital Marketing Director ensures innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and optimize ROI.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop, implement, and manage the company's digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Corporate teams and Regional Account Managers.
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals including SEO, Paid Search, and website specialists, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing, divisional teams, and sales goals.
Partner cross-functionally with various teams including social media, copy, design, IT, and leadership to drive digital transformation and innovation.
Identify and implement emerging digital marketing trends to maintain Century’s leadership in online home sales.
Collaborate with website specialists and IT to prioritize and manage the development backlog, identify and resolve bugs, and implement new features to enhance functionality and user experience.
Oversee and manage various digital marketing channels to maximize engagement and performance.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to optimize campaigns.
Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget in coordination with corporate and divisional teams.
Monitor, measure, and manage online content to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Track SEO performance and Google Analytics data, providing in-depth analysis and clear reporting for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with the National Director and VP of Marketing to develop an inbound marketing plan.
Analyze CRM data to anticipate sales performance trends and inform strategic decisions.
Research competitors, assess industry benchmarks, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage syndication partners such as Zillow and Realtor.com.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

A deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, including marketing automation, CRO, and audience segmentation tools.
The ability to maintain strong working relationships with divisions, contracted agencies, employees, and leadership.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.….
Your Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
At least 7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
7+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and SalesForce, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Words, Reporting Software, and other tools to be successful in this role.

Compensation: Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $125,000 - $145,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
