Job Description

Position: Digital Strategic Marketing Lead 
Working Hours: Full time remote, Eastern Standard Time/ Central Standard Time
Monthly Salary: USD 3000 to USD 4500 per month depending on experience
Holidays: 10 days PTO + major holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Easter); flexible for international candidates

Overview: A high-level strategic advisor and executor responsible for driving growth initiatives across the company. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader capable of working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and senior leadership. The Marketing Manager will leverage data to make informed decisions, oversee marketing initiatives, and provide actionable insights to accelerate business growth.

About the Role:
The company is looking for a marketing leader to work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, develop a pipeline, and drive growth. Sales are primarily derived from digital marketing run by fractional staff. We are looking for someone that is comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Intellectual curiosity and comfort with experimentation is necessary to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Growth Leadership:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving company growth and market expansion.
    • Identify new growth opportunities and work closely with senior leadership to align on company objectives and priorities.
  2. PPC Management:
    • Oversee and manage the company’s paid search campaigns through PPC (currently utilizing Adoro), ensuring maximum ROI and optimization.
    • Evaluate and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure the effective execution of PPC campaigns.
  3. Email Marketing Expertise:
    • Lead email marketing campaigns, utilizing Active Campaign to drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention.
    • Continuously refine and optimize email marketing strategies to achieve measurable results.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the in-house CRM team and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to align marketing strategies with data-driven insights, customer engagement, and technological capabilities.
    • Coordinate with other teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches, promotions, and customer communications.
  5. Social Media Strategy & Implementation:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support growth objectives.
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and overall growth.
    • Use analytics tools and data reports to assess campaign performance, adjust strategies, and implement optimizations in real time.
  7. Rapid Execution and Adaptability:
    • Demonstrate the ability to execute strategies quickly and efficiently while adapting to changes in the market, business needs, and customer behavior.
    • Lead by example, maintaining a results-focused mindset in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  8. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to manage direct, sometimes challenging, conversations with various stakeholders across the business.
    • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, team members, and external vendors.
  9. Zoom Proficiency:
    • Ability to lead and participate in virtual meetings, utilizing Zoom effectively to communicate with remote teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
