Role Overview:
We're looking for a Director of Healthcare Partnerships who will lead and nurture strategic partnerships in healthcare. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with health plans, employers, health systems, and virtual care providers to expand our reach and impact.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities with health plans, employers, health systems, and virtual care providers.
Craft compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Negotiate and close new partnership contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, legal, client success, and product teams, to ensure a seamless experience for our healthcare partners.
Monitor the success of partnerships through key performance indicators, focusing on health outcomes, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants and brokers.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events to drive awareness and growth.
About You:
We'd love to have you on our team if you have:
10+ years of experience selling health technology solutions to healthcare payers.
A deep understanding of the digital health landscape and wearable technology products.
A proven track record of closing new business and maintaining long-term partnerships.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
A strong commitment to achieving goals and metrics.
Passion for our mission and product, and the drive to make a difference in people's health.
Willingness to travel 20-40%.

We believe in a market-based approach to pay, with salary ranges determined based on your location, experience, and qualifications.
Region 1: $175,000 - $215,000
Region 2: $166,250 - $204,250
Region 3: $157,500 - $193,500
