This is a hybrid role and is based in the Kansas City Metro Area.

Essential Duties:

  • In collaboration with the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies: Create comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that encompass sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment.

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and offer acceptance.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines: Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future openings, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates.

  • Enhance employer branding: Develop and execute strategies to promote our company as an employer of choice, attracting top talent and building a strong employer brand.

  • Utilize data and analytics: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve efficiency.

  • Manage external partnerships: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners to enhance our sourcing capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance.

Qualifications



Skills/ Specialities:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.

  • Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Must have the ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
