Director, Talent Management (on-site)

Overview:

TVG-Medulla, LLC provides support and services to two comprehensive chiropractic care companies, Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care, both industry leaders in evidence-based, patient outcomes-centered care.

As the largest privately-owned chiropractic organization in the country, Medulla provides management resources to these organizations with full-scale experienced teams of professionals and specialists including marketing, clinical operations, legal, revenue cycle, human resources, IT, maintenance and more.

Summary

As Director, Talent Management in the TVG-Medulla team, you will play a critical role in leading our centralized Talent Acquisition and Management function, driving best-in-class sourcing strategies and partnership with the broader Talent Acquisition org, ensuring we have a robust talent pipeline and talent performance strategies across all employee levels.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a short- and long-term strategy for Talent Attraction and development across the organization that secures our ability to search, identify, attract and engage high-quality talent
  • Influence and lead transformative change, evolving ways of working with teams, revolutionizing our partnership dynamics and enhancing productivity
  • Work closely with stake holders to build out and deliver proactive sourcing strategies and initiatives (e.g. hiring events, college recruiting)
  • Define and implement a proactive insights strategy that puts data in the hands of our recruiters and key stakeholders to enable more informed hiring decisions
  • Partner with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing leaders on shared priorities that help position TVG-Medulla as a destination employer
  • Utilize data and insights to continuously improve team productivity, business partnership and ways of working
  • Build upon talent assessment program to evaluate and measure talent bench across the enterprise
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the team to foster growth, collaboration, and high performance

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in full cycle recruiting and organizational performance
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a highly engaged, collaborative work environment
  • Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition team managing multiple key stakeholder relationships
  • Disruptive and innovative thinking, with proven experience delivering new and exciting solutions for attracting talent
  • Deep expertise with TA data, demonstrating an ability to draw meaningful insights to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Strong experience in delivering talent management and development strategies at all levels of the organization
  • 8 years of supervisory experience in human resources or a related field
