We are looking for a creative and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in the party game and entertainment industry. This role will focus on driving engagement and sales through innovative email campaigns that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate is skilled at blending strategy, analytics, and creativity to craft email experiences that reflect the fun and excitement of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the fun, social nature of the party game industry.
• Develop engaging email sequences that highlight new product features, promotions, and events, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
• Write a compelling email copy that captures the playful and bold tone of our brand while driving conversions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, interactive email templates.
• Leverage segmentation and personalization to deliver targeted campaigns that connect with diverse audience segments.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
• Grow and maintain email subscriber lists
• Stay informed about trends in email marketing and the gaming and entertainment industry to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or entertainment.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and compliance.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to craft messages that entertain and convert.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting and troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
