Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Entry Level Event Assistant to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role you will help engage with the community build brand recognition and support our clients in reaching their marketing and event goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain handson experience in event coordination consumer marketing and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on public relations and marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities contributing fresh insights and strategies to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
  • Support the marketing team in executing internal marketing tasks ensuring materials and campaigns are delivered on time and meet expectations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with community partners including local businesses organizations and event attendees to strengthen the brand s local presence.
  • Contribute to the firm s growth by engaging in team discussions sharing creative ideas and supporting key marketing and event initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Event Management Marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and community engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collaborative efforts.
  • Previous experience in customer service marketing or event coordination is a plus but not required.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
