Join Our Team as a Photo Reviewer! 

No experience required—we train!

Seasonal Term: February through April
Flexible hours available: 4-6 hour shifts between 6am and 5pm, Mon-Fri (On site only)

Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working autonomously in a supportive environment? As a Photo Reviewer , you'll help ensure that families receive the best possible photos of their loved ones. No experience? No problem—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed!

What You'll Do

• Review multiple photos of each individual and select the best images based on facial expression, lighting, and posing.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Crop and resize images consistently to meet quality standards.
• Report on the quality of incoming photos and identify patterns or issues.
• Ensure all images are correctly attached to the right students file, making corrections as needed.
• Follow guidelines and maintain a strong understanding of our image standards and processes.
• Stay on track with production schedules while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a supportive and friendly environment.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with management and peers.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
