We’re a growing company that partners with nonprofits and mission-driven brands to bring impactful events to local communities. We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to support the planning and execution of live marketing events and community outreach initiatives .

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, public engagement, and marketing strategy. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of in-person marketing and outreach events

• Assist with event setup, signage, materials, and on-site logistics

• Interact with event attendees and share information about nonprofit campaigns

• Help ensure each event runs smoothly and aligns with client goals

• Track basic event data, gather feedback, and contribute to post-event analysis

• Collaborate with team members on public outreach and promotional strategies

Qualifications:

• No experience required — entry-level applicants encouraged to apply

• Interest in events, marketing, communications, or community outreach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus

• Availability for flexible hours , including evenings or weekends
