**Job Description:**
As an Event Coordinator at Marketsheer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and success of various events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality events that align with our clients' vision and objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and preferences.
2. Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines to meet client expectations.
3. Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary resources within budget constraints.
4. Coordinate logistical arrangements, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
