Responsibilities:

• Take creative designs and turn them into dynamic, responsive web sites and applications.
• Check cross browser and platform compatibility (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac).
• Maintain existing websites by debugging issues, applying fixes, and making changes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong Web Front-End Development (HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Strong Web Back-End Development (PHP 8+, MySQL).
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Strong relational database skills.
• Experience using MVC frameworks such as Laravel.
• Experience with RESTful Web services.
• Familiarity with GIT for version control.
• Basic knowledge of GNU/Linux and Apache web server.
• Knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• CMS Experience such as ExpressionEngine or WordPress.

Desired abilities:

• Eager to take on a new task, communicate to identify additional requirements, reach out to work through roadblocks, and communicate results to leadership.
• Capable of adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to balance high-quality work standards against time constraints.
• Able to take the initiative to research and learn emerging technologies.
• Productive in a team environment.
