An industry-leading automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at its 200,000 sq ft facility , leading a team of 400+ employees . The ideal candidate will drive productivity, quality, and safety , ensuring the plant meets operational goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles
Strong background in plastic injection molding/manufacturing preferred
Ability to lead and develop a large team
Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
