Role : UiPath Automation Tester

Location : Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using UiPath.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide automation solutions.
• Develop process documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and testing plans.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automation processes to ensure quality and performance.
• Monitor and maintain automated processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of automation solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and UiPath.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ Years of Exp in Testing.
• 4+ years of experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
• Strong understanding of automation best practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate/Developer).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of other automation tools or languages is a plus.
