Job Purpose:

A dynamic and proven sales leader who is ready to take the next step and build staffing business to achieve set sales goals, targets, and revenue. Ambitious, highly energetic person able to thrive in the fast-pacing environment while leading its team by example, is the key to this role.

The role holder should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers and able to demonstrate executive presence to the clients. Able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Significant contribution towards sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success should be the goal of this position.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Play an integral part in generating new sales and create a network of partners to accelerate business growth. Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel/decision maker for repetitive business.

  1. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency. Increase the social media presence for the company through active marketing presence online

  1. Maintain a pipeline and ensure all Business Development requirements are updated on BD Portals. Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed plans for making a closure on all open issues

  1. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Take a solution and consultative sell approach to ensure clients' need are accurately met

  1. Ensure smooth and successful transition of new clients to the chief delivery/ account management teams. Establish an efficient communication channel with internal teams for providing every minute details that can impact client service or experience. Offer assistance in resolving any issue and problem faced by the customers and maintain trust.

  1. Examine and determine root cause for customer success or failure and suggest improvements. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast.

  1. Liaise with Finance on billing set up and invoicing. Verify the invoicing particulars and synchronize with the clients for timely disbursements.

  1. Adhere to company policies and procedure. Complies with all local legislative requirements. Act in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.
  2. Set SMART Objectives for the team members, in alignment with the organization's goals. Regularly monitor employees' productivity and sustain the momentum over a long period by motivating the team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Knowledge:

Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in appropriate field of study with proficiency in managing and developing high performance sales team and finding new avenues of acquiring new clients and generate revenues. Should have thorough understanding of client management and delivery management in staffing industry.

  1. Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in large, organized, multi-cultural and system-oriented companies, preferably from similar industry, of which at least 2 years should be in a similar position with strong network in Staffing Industry, managing complex client relationship, maintaining superior customer service levels, operational excellence, strategic insights and meeting and exceeding revenue targets
