We’re on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative with chemical industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bridge communication between sales, logistics, and customers. This role is perfect for someone who can multitask with precision, has strong ERP/SAP experience, and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and external customers. You’ll work closely with the sales team, help forecast demand, manage contracts, and track customer margins—all while maintaining stellar customer relationships. What You’ll Do:
· Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams
· Provide updated sales forecasts and maintain planning tools
· Assist logistics with overseas customer coordination
· Manage and track customer contracts and renewal dates
· Support dispute resolution and assist with product requests
· Enter and track customer orders in SAP, ensuring timely delivery updates.
· Communicate order status, pickup details, and issue resolution as needed.
What You Bring:
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Experience working in the chemical/chemical manufacturing industry
· Experience with SAP, SAGE, or similar ERP systems
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree is a plus
