We’re hiring a Junior Social Media Manager to help grow Onchain — a next-gen decentralized platform built for real users, not just speculators. You’ll help define Onchain’s voice across Crypto Twitter, Telegram, and Discord — with a focus on memecoin trends, altcoin culture, and what’s driving the conversation in real time. This is a hands-on content role for someone who already lives inside crypto’s social layer — and wants to help shape the next stage of it.
Head of Onchain Growth
Deep understanding of crypto-native culture and internet fluency
Active follower of Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster
Demonstrated ability to write punchy, relevant posts (memes, threads, CT copy)
Proven eye for virality, timing, and tone
Comfort adapting across formats (X posts, memes, launch copy, product updates)
Excellent written English; additional language fluency a plus
Strong sense of narrative and community instincts
Self-directed and fast-moving — thrives in volatile markets and chaotic moments
Monitor daily trends, token launches, and narratives across CT and Telegram
Draft and schedule content (memes, posts, threads) with rapid turnaround
Collaborate with product and growth teams to translate launches into content
Run experimental campaigns around new tokens, quests, and launches
Contribute to shaping Onchain’s brand voice and visual identity
Help design and maintain a social content calendar
Track performance metrics and surface learnings on what drives engagement
Interact with our audience in real time when needed (comments, quote tweets, etc.)
