We are currently interviewing for a Manufacturing Lab Technician, 3rd Shift in our Eden Prairie, MN plant.

In this role, you will prepare and test metal components for manufacturers in a variety of industries. In addition, you will:
Review paperwork to verify information and testing to be done.
Prepares parts and equipment for testing procedures.
Conducts testing as required, reporting any non-conformance to the manager.
Accurately completes required paperwork and follows through as required.
Promotes and practices safety and good housekeeping.
Must work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
Performs other tasks as designated by position.
Responsible to help train other employees.
Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.
This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such will perform duties safely and responsibly to prevent customer loss or damage.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience- 1+ years in a lab role in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
Must have advanced knowledge of metallurgy, heat treating, inspection, and related subjects.
Must be able to use RC hardness tester and other testing equipment as required.
Requires computer experience and a good understanding of basic math.
May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
