Job Description:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Social Worker / Clinical Counselor, you'll be an essential part of a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch care. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in clinical interviewing and assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic methods to support our patients on their mental health journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
Assessing clients' mental health needs using established diagnostic criteria.
Creating and monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with patients' goals.
Providing crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with patient rights.
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to review client cases, treatment approaches, and progress.
Preparing clinical case histories and documentation to monitor patient progress.
Responsibilities:
Interview and assess patients to develop tailored treatment and recovery plans.
Gather patient history through interviews with clients and/or their families, covering areas like family dynamics, social, employment, medical, and mental health backgrounds.
Provide ongoing mental health services, including case management, referrals, and crisis intervention.
Participate in team discussions to review patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and recommend additional interventions as necessary.
Develop individual and group treatment plans that address mental health, emotional, and family issues.
Ensure clinical assessments and treatment plans are aligned with the patient's objectives and progress.
Maintain accurate clinical records, documenting treatment progress and any changes in care.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Current licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Compensation Range:
$75,000 - $90,000 Annually
