**Position: Workplace Mental Health Consultant**

As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting employees at a large sports enterprise. Your responsibilities will include providing individual therapy, management consultations, training, critical incident response, and mental health assessments and referrals. You will also collaborate with HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Offer support to managers, people teams, and employees both onsite and virtually, with a schedule of Tuesdays 9 AM - 6 PM ET onsite and Wednesdays 9 AM - 6 PM ET remote. Flexibility for additional hours may be required based on program success.
- Provide individual therapy to employees, both onsite and virtually.
- Deliver solution-focused mental health consultations and connect employees to appropriate resources.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with leaders and HR points of contact.
- Implement a local action plan effectively.
- Coordinate and deliver critical incident responses.
- Conduct tailored training sessions and promote available mental health benefits.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs to provide appropriate referrals.
- Complete required internal training and participate in clinical team meetings.
- Adhere to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards as outlined in our policies.
- Monitor and analyze data to recommend proactive interventions at the leadership level.
- Assess risk and manage crises by providing immediate support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
- Offer management consultations that enhance employee well-being and workplace effectiveness.
- Ensure proper intake and placement of management-referred employees, guiding counselors on EAP protocols.
- Confirm necessary paperwork is completed for providers and HR/Managers, including signed releases for follow-up coordination.
- Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance and offer feedback to supervisors and HR/Managers.
- Identify and address barriers to care with support from leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation that meets risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular case reviews with the customer's leadership team.

**What We're Looking For:**

- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
- Experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations.
- Comfort with technology and proficiency in telehealth.
- Training in evidence-based care modalities, including short-term, solution-focused therapy.
- An unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Indiana (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LPC, LMHC). We cannot accept applications from those requiring licensed supervision.
- Experience with substance abuse is a plus; SAP Certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for clients presenting higher risks.
- Commitment to high-quality documentation of service delivery in a timely manner.
- Enjoyment of independent work while valuing team support and collaboration with other providers and clinical care navigators.

**Compensation:**

The target salary for this position ranges from $90/hr to $105/hr. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant factors. We conduct annual reviews of employee compensation to ensure competitive and fair pay.
