Job Description

Mold Maker - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Madison, WI

Our client is a custom plastics manufacturer offering a variety of solutions to customers including mold making, plastics processing, and engineering.
They are currently looking for Mold Maker for their team in Madison. The Mold Maker will be responsible for the specialized building, repairing, and maintenance of plastic injection molds & components while working cross-functionally with the internal engineering team as needed.

Responsibilities:

Performs routine and preventative maintenance on molds and injection molding equipment
Operates standard tool room equipment
Performs set-ups and adjustments on all tool room equipment
Set up, operate, troubleshoot injection molding machines as needed
Flexibility to work press side as issues arise

Qualifications:

High school diploma
5+ years of hands on experience in mold making for injection molding
Plus for CNC programming abilities
Ability to read/interpret drawings & blueprints
Background in SolidWorks and/or PC-DMIS is preferred

Compensation:

Our client is offering a base salary up to 40.00/hour along with relocation assistance to the greater Madison, WI area if needed.
