Job Description
Pavco is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.   This individual will perform a variety of administrative and clerical services on site to support the executive, sales and laboratory teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years proven experience.
• Written Communication Skills: Clear, professional written communication is a must.
• Verbal Communication Skills: Communication is a critical soft skill for this position.  
• Technology Skills: Microsoft Suite experience is required.
• Organization: Our office assistant must be extremely organized to effectively juggle many tasks and projects.
• Problem Solving Skills: Problem solving, or critical thinking skills are important as our office assistant is the person others come to with questions or issues.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to multi-task is a must.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pound
• Must possess a high school degree or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
