Select Staffing is now hiring Office Agent for a logistics company at South San Francisco, CA!
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hrs. BOE
Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm and 6:00pm to 2:30am, Be flexible for shift schedule, OT and Weekend
Job Responsibilities:
– Plan and arrange carriers for each shipment.
– Prepare export shipments and distribution of documents for assigned customers including shipping, labeling, picking up orders and distribution of cargo.
– Ensure shipments are processed according to internal and external compliance regulations
– Issue freight bills and invoices and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit terms.
– File and entry data by using AS/400 system.
– Handle perishable (Cherry, Strawberries, Blueberries, Grape) shipments and normal export duties.
-Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
-Import and export experience is plus
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
