Job Title: Outreach Case Worker

Duties:

• Engage with underserved populations to connect them with vital services.
• Perform needs assessments and make recommendations for support programs.
• Conduct in-person visits to assess client living situations.
• Document client information and maintain accurate service records.
• Advocate for clients in accessing healthcare, housing, and social assistance.

Skills Required:

• One year of experience in outreach or community case management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or equivalent.

Stipend:

• Weekly: $1,350 - $1,650
• Monthly: $5,400 - $6,600
