Position Overview:

As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and PR efforts , managing client relationships, and assisting with public relations campaigns and events. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute strategic plans and ensure smooth execution of all PR activities, ensuring maximum impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Strategy Development: Support the Marketing Manager by helping to develop marketing strategies and plans with business partners to ensure successful PR campaigns.
• Client Communication: Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, serving as a brand ambassador with proactive , timely communication to maintain strong relationships.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas that generate publicity and influencer mentions to enhance brand visibility.
• Event Planning & Execution: Help plan and execute both on-site and off-site events, ensuring they align with PR goals and leave a lasting impact.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news , trends , and best practices . Share insights with the team and clients, providing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications , Marketing , Public Relations , Multimedia , or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in public relations , marketing , or communications (preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication skills – both written and public speaking , with the ability to engage effectively with clients, media, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment .
