Job Description

Job Summary:

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in acquiring, renovating, and reselling single-family homes in Tulsa County, built on integrity, strong relationships, and a commitment to excellence. As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our real estate investment operations. This role is the backbone of our growing company, ensuring that all projects run efficiently, teams stay aligned, and financials remain accurate. You will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing acquisitions and dispositions, maintaining financial oversight, and ensuring that all aspects of our real estate transactions—from deal flow to project execution—are running as projected or better. Responsibilities & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ensure that all projects are running on schedule and meet or exceed projections.
  • Optimize and implement scalable operational systems for both front-end and back-end functions.
  • Provide regular project status reports and maintain financial projections.
  • Assist in acquisitions by taking notes, scheduling walkthroughs, underwriting deals, and managing communications.
  • Analyze real estate transactions in real time and sign off on deals.
  • Lead team meetings to track progress and align teams toward company goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison for wholesalers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day business operations, ensuring steady deal flow, project execution, and financial readiness.
  • Support construction teams by handling immediate operational needs and ensuring resources are available.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts effectively to maximize profitability.
