Job Description

Natron Energy is seeking a Recruiter to help fuel Natron’s hiring efforts. Our ideal candidate is a flexible team player who is passionate about growing our business, while growing your own career. This assignment will have some recruiting support (sourcing and coordinating); however, this role will help develop skills to do full life-cycle recruiting for complex positions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to create a pipeline that supports Natron’s hiring needs Recruiting for specialty engineering positions.
• Experience with hiring for technical positions in hardware design and engineering preferred.
• Work directly with recruiting team to understand and anticipate the needs of teams and hiring managers
• Use a data-driven approach that supports an efficient recruiting process and smart business practices
• Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts and ensure they are represented in all of our recruiting activities

Experience and Skills

• 2+ years of combined talent acquisition experience (recruiting coordinating, sourcing, or recruiting)
• Experience working in a startup or hypergrowth environment
• Has experience building partnerships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and referrals
• Passion to build rapport with candidates and employees
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust to unexpected changes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Logistics

• This is a fixed term W2 position for 6 months.
• This position is based onsite in our Santa Clara, CA location.
• Pay will be competitive with other recruiting positions in growth companies.

Compensation/Pay Transparency

• The compensation for this position is a minimum of $75.00 and a maximum of $90.00 hourly.
