Skill 5 Yrs of Exp 6 tools such as Splunk AppDynamics
Skill 6 Yrs of Exp 6 24*7 support so should be ready to work in Shifts
Mandatory Skills: Azure DevOps Postman ServiceNow Splunk Grafana Cosmos DB Mongo DB
Optional Skills Automation & scripting experience (Shell Python)

Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenence and support
Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins Gitlab etc.
Excellent skills on analysing identifying troubleshooting and rectifying application infrastructure issue
Should be able to do handson with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
Experience in tools such as Splunk AppDynamics etc.
24*7 support so should be ready to work in Shifts
Ability to Lead a team of 510 members
Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles
Should have basic knowledge in Cloud preferably Azure
Experience in API test tools such as Postman Swagger
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus
Write automation scripts based on business requirements
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in Agile/Kanban
