Description Are you an experienced HR professional with outstanding organizational skills and a passion for supporting growing teams? Our client, a well-established organization in the property management industry, is seeking a Senior HR Assistant to provide critical support to their Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to creating a positive employee experience in a dynamic field. Key Responsibilities: + Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team and leadership. + Assist in full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidate communications. + Lead employee onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires, including orientation and documentation. + Maintain employee files and records in compliance with company policies and regulations. + Assist in administering benefits programs, including open enrollment, resolving employee inquiries, and coordinating with benefits vendors. + Monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices. + Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture. + Support employee relations by addressing basic inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and escalating issues when necessary. + Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis to drive decisions and improve processes. + Serve as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration on HR-related matters. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role, with experience in the property management industry highly preferred. + Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines. + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality. + Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as Workday or ADP, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. + Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
