Our mission is to bring modern solutions to a traditionally underserved field by enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and productivity in the hands of construction professionals worldwide. If you have a passion for delivering impactful products and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products by combining user-focused insights with market-driven strategies. You'll work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define and prioritize the features that matter most to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the creation of the product roadmap, and prioritizing features to ensure we're solving the most pressing problems for both our customers and the business.
Managing the development cycle in an agile environment, from concept to launch, while collaborating with engineering and quality assurance.
Tracking and measuring product success through key metrics, focusing on product usage, customer engagement, and retention.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with a diverse team. If you are results-driven, an excellent communicator, and passionate about product innovation, this role is a great fit for you. We're looking for someone with:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful products.
Experience building products across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web applications.
A strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in agile development teams.
A solid background in product documentation and presenting clear, actionable insights.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
Bonus points for experience or knowledge in the construction industry!

Why You'll Love It Here:

We value a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment where we strive to elevate each other and foster personal growth.
Enjoy a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and generous employer contributions to HSA/FSA.
Flexible working hours, with options for hybrid or fully remote work.
401(k) with match, generous PTO (including 12 paid holidays), and professional development opportunities.
A company culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, and provides regular social events to build team camaraderie.
Enjoy perks like a company-provided MacBook Air and access to an on-site gym.

We've been recognized for our growth and commitment to excellence, and we pride ourselves on creating a workplace that celebrates innovation, diversity, and work-life balance.

Join Us:

If you're excited about the opportunity to work in a collaborative, impactful environment, and you want to be part of a company that values culture, people, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you!
