Senior RPA Developer

Cargomatic is in search of a Senior RPA Developer passionate about building highly-scalable, event-driven components for a real-time platform. Do you have experience in enterprise-grade applications with real-world usage? Our ideal Senior RPA Developer knows the transportation and supply chain industry knowledge and has worked with customers and business users to successfully implement solutions. The Senior RPA Developer enjoys building and deploying solutions that are easy to use and fully documented. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work directly with product managers and business users to assist in analysis &
    identification of process improvements and propose solutions to improve efficiency &
    productivity. 
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicate and manage identified
    project risks and issues, provide inputs to the change control process, and document best
    practices. 
  • Develop and implement RPA governance, best practices, methodologies, and standard
    operating procedures. 
  • Test and verify that automation solutions are performing according to
    standard. 
  • Monitor BOTS & system post-deployment and proactively fix bugs and/or production issues and perform tool evaluation and feasibility to help in selecting suitable Automation tool for RPA implementation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information
    Technology, Electronic Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of progressive, post-
    baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role.
  • RPA development using UIPath and handle UIPath orchestrator.
  • Robotics automation development (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega
    Robotics.
  • Deploy, maintain and monitor process automations in RPA.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug RPA automations.
  • Integrate RPA with external systems using REST services.
  • Ability to perform unit / integration testing and perform code reviews.
  • Ability to implement change management model, code review process and scale up the bots implementation process.

The expected salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
