At StoryShift.ai, we’re a pre-seed AI startup dedicated to transforming customer experiences with innovative technology. We’re a small but passionate team tackling big challenges, and we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media and Marketing Intern to help us build a compelling brand presence. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at an early-stage startup, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. 

Position Overview 
As our Social Media and Marketing Intern, you’ll take the lead in shaping our digital footprint and engaging our audience. You’ll work closely with the founder to develop and execute social media strategies, create captivating content, and support broader marketing initiatives that showcase our mission and product. 

Responsibilities  

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to grow our online presence. 
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, graphics, videos, and written materials that communicate our brand and mission effectively. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics for social media campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach. 
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist with email marketing, blog writing, and promotional initiatives. 
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. 
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, AI industry news, and competitor strategies to inform creative direction. 

Requirements

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Passion for AI, technology, or startups. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 
  • Familiarity with SEO and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). 
  • Video editing and design skills. 
  • Previous experience in a marketing or social media role, including internships.
