Sr. UX Researcher (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate senior UX researcher at a large, global B2B Software company. This role will be responsible for Planning, leading, and executing research to understand the context and needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation.

This is a 6-month project (extension possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in the US.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and execute research to understand the context and needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation.
• Work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team of designers, effectively integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases.
• Communicate research findings through presentations, charts, and visuals.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting research projects on web-based and mobile apps utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, benchmarking, etc.
• Must have extensive experience as a storyteller to explain complex topics and make them easy to understand for all stakeholders.
• Must thrive in highly technical and complex environments and deal with uncertainty.
• Must be able to meet challenges with a positive and problem-solving attitude, while being proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have experience with tools including User Testing, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop to conduct research
• Preferred experience with knowledge management tools such as Dovetail.
• Master's degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or any other related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for the position.

Compensation: $80/hr - $85/hr
