Join Snapology as a Summer Camp Flex Facilitator! Are you looking for a fun and meaningful summer job with flexibility built in? Snapology is hiring Summer Camp Flex Facilitators to serve as key support staff—covering field trips, subbing for callouts, and filling in where extra help is needed across our exciting summer camps. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Additional opportunities may pop up on evenings or weekends if your schedule allows. Why Work With Snapology? We do summer camp differently—less paperwork, more play! At Snapology, you’ll spend your days guiding kids through hands-on activities with LEGO® Bricks, robotics, engineering challenges, and games. Every day is different, and every day is fun. Position Details:

• Title: Summer Camp Flex Facilitator
• Type: Part-time, variable hours based on need
• Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional weekend/evening opportunities
• Compensation: $15-$17/hour, based on qualifications and experience

• Experience supervising groups of children in structured settings
• A strong enthusiasm for inspiring and engaging with children in a playful educational manner.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs and environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and maintaining a safe, active classroom
• Must pass required background checks and clearances
