  • Ensure bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed

🔹  Client Assistance

  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs
  • Provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options
  • Address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally

🔹  Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
  • Process payments and send confirmations promptly
  • Stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends
