Full Job Description VA Commercial Repair Solutions is seeking motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Travelling Commercial HVAC Apprentice. No experience is necessary for this role, as we provide a comprehensive training program and apprenticeship opportunities. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Assist in the installation of commercial HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Carry out tasks that require mechanical inclination and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work at heights and in various conditions, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in the apprenticeship program to gain skills and experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications - A background in construction is beneficial but not necessary.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Schedule - 4 x 10s, on a rotating M - F schedule
- Meets at a shop and takes trucks to load out.
- Travel: 50% of the time, with travel flexibility required for projects throughout the state
