About the Role

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive performance within our warehouse team. In this position, you will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate material flow and inventory handling. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in warehouse operations and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
  

• Monitor productivity and assign tasks to maintain optimal workflow
  

• Oversee inventory accuracy and shipment verification through meticulous data entry
  

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  

• Conduct audits, investigations, and reporting to uphold safety standards
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
  

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership
  

• Ability to work accurately with numbers and convert weight metrics as required
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills
  

• Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and process optimization
