With an experience of 10 years in aviation, I have a solid track record in developing & leading successful training programs. in my tenure with Qatar airways based in Doha – Qatar for 12 years, I worked closely with various departments like inflight cabin services, standards & procedures, customer affairs, aircraft maintenance & technical team, housekeeping, ground services and inflight catering for smooth functioning of flight operations. in my role as a cabin services director, I was actively involved in relaying suggestions & designing inflight service flows & amenities for customer comfort in conjunction with the product development team to enhance the overall customer experience. as a trained first aider on hi-tech tele-medicine devices like tempus-ic, I responded to inflight medical emergencies on numerous occasions. as a qualified check crew, I oversaw & mentored new recruits on company procedures & crew standards. skilled at managing multiple simultaneous tasks in high volume environments, I believe in working smart. trained on airbus a320 family, a330/340/350 and boeing b787/777, I have traveled to more than 173 cities in 54 countries across the globe.
