Entry Level Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

• Lead business outreach efforts to connect customers with affordable communication services and improve access to services
• Build relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and businesses to foster awareness and increase engagement
• Track outreach progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring goals are met and strategies are continuously improved
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to share insights from the field and improve promotional strategies 
• Process sales orders and increase revenue
• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities to expand our impact
• Help develop sales and customer service strategic plans to grow the outreach program and increase services

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals
• A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for customers service 
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks 
• Experience in community outreach, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• A problem-solving mindset with a desire to contribute to the betterment of the Houston area
